From the time we receive the referral until the Claims Representative receives the report, CMME handles every detail, including:

  • Generating individualized cover letter and organizing medical records in chronological order to be forwarded to the examiner

  • Receiving dictation and transcribing the report

  • Reviewing each individual report completely

  • Scheduling the examination

  • Sending all appointment letters via email, fax, or mail (certified if necessary)

  • Confirming the appointment by telephone

  • Provide verbal, rush, email or fax copy of report
  • Maintain a diary of your case to remind you of re-exams
  • Automatic reschedule of no-shows
  • Act as liaison between surveillance agency and claims handler
  • Recruit recommended professionals
