From the time we receive the referral until the Claims Representative receives the report, CMME handles every detail, including:

Generating individualized cover letter and organizing medical records in chronological order to be forwarded to the examiner
Receiving dictation and transcribing the report
Reviewing each individual report completely
Scheduling the examination
Sending all appointment letters via email, fax, or mail (certified if necessary)
Confirming the appointment by telephone
